1.The machine adopts a PLC control system, ensuring smooth operation, precise movements, stable performance, and high packaging efficiency.
2.It is suitable for triangular (pyramid) packaging and flat packaging. One-button switching allows easy change between the two packaging modes.
3.The electronic weighing and feeding system is suitable for single materials, multiple materials, and irregularly shaped materials that cannot be accurately measured by standard measuring cups or drum scales. Each weighing unit can be independently controlled and combined for discharge.
4.The inner bag uses ultrasonic sealing and cutting technology, providing firm and reliable seals with an aesthetically pleasing bag shape.
5.The inner and outer bag systems can be switched independently,allowing either linked operation or separate standalone operation.
6.The electronic weigher’s vibrating feeder, conveying hopper, and all material-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel. The outer bag machine adopts a servo motor-driven feeding system, ensuring safety, reliability, and stable performance.
