7. What are the dimensions of the bag and what film material will be used? (Laminated or PE Film)
For standard machine, it takes about 25 working days for production, and for customized projects need to be negotiated.
We will provide the manual book and teaching video to show you how to installation. If needed, we can also ask our engineer to the buyer's factory to install the machine and train the workers there. The buyer should pay for the round ticket, visa charge, food, and accommodation.
We have a year warranty for the machines and lifelong technical support. We will offer the broken spare parts for free within the warranty period.
