2. How It Works:
Our Counting and Weighing Packing System integrates two measurement controls:
(1) Weighing Control (Main Vibration Feeder):
This component serves as the backbone of our packing system, accurately dispensing 95% of the required material weight directly into each package. Whether you're handling screws, nuts, or other components, the main vibration feeder precisely measures and dispenses the bulk of the material according to your preset parameters.
(2) Counting Control (Small Vibration Feeder):
Complementing the weighing control, the small vibration feeder handles the finer details. It automatically counts and dispenses the remaining 5% of the material required to complete the target weight per bag. This ensures that every package meets your exact weight specifications without compromise.
