1. Modular Design for Enhanced Flexibility
Unlike conventional setups where counting feeders are fixed to a stainless steel platform, each counting feeder in our new system is a standalone module. Equipped with brakeable, movable casters, a 7-inch touchscreen for operation, power plug, signal interface plug, and pneumatic plug, these modules can be easily maneuvered for seamless integration with or detachment from the main packing machine line. This modular approach offers unmatched versatility, akin to assembling puzzle pieces.

Connecting counting feeder modules to the main packing machine line is effortless. Simply plug in the power, signal interface, and pneumatic connections, saving valuable setup time and ensuring swift deployment or reconfiguration as needed.
