The Top Film Flow Wrapper is a common automated packaging machine primarily used to wrap products in film to form pillow-shaped bags. Unlike the bottom film flow wrapper, the Top Film Flow Wrapper features a back seal typically located at the bottom of the product, resulting in a more visually appealing finished package.
1. Up-Film Flow-Pack Design: The film is fed from the upper side of the machine. Compared with the traditional bottom-film mechanism, the upper film flowing mechanism makes it easier to realize the tension control of the film during the packing process, so as to ensure the tightness and flatness of the package.
2. High-Efficiency Automation: The machine is usually equipped with advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen control system, which can realize high-speed and stable automation operation and significantly improve the production efficiency.
